Volunteers and Community Alliance of the Year Recognition
The TSC Alliance thrives on the service of selfless individuals across the country who give of their time, talent, and resources to help us achieve our mission to find a cure for TSC and improve the lives of those affected. Without them, we would not be where we are today. They have propelled our organization to levels once thought impossible — from the original four volunteer mothers who started the organization in 1974 to nearly 2,000 individuals championing our cause each year today!
Over the years, the TSC Alliance has honored multiple individuals as volunteers of the year at the annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner in Washington, DC. These are people who have made a significant impact in their local TSC communities, as well as the national organization. For a complete list of past winners by year, click here.
In addition, as we strive to acknowledge the impact of our volunteer branches, we have awarded 12 Community Alliance of the Year awards, now named the Dreamer Award. The Community Alliances that have received these awards have ensured their local TSC communities are heard, supported, and united. Keith Hall Distinguished Leadership Award
In honor of Keith Hall’s legacy, the TSC Alliance created the Keith Hall Distinguished Leadership Award. The annual recipient of this award will be an adult with TSC whose efforts mirror that of our most passionate advocates. For a complete list of winners by year, click here.
