Please indicate below your availability so that we can best assign duties. All volunteers will be asked to check-in no later than 5 pm for an overview of the volunteer roles assigned and any necessary training. (Check all that apply) *

Set Up: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Reception | Silent Auction: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Program | Post Event: 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

No Restrictions: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Mobile Bidding Assistance/Tech Support: 5:00 - 7:30 pm (If you're comfortable with technology and willing to help our guests get connected and use mobile bidding during the silent auction, we need you. Training will be provided.)

I am unable to volunteer at this event but would like to be considered for future volunteer opportunities requested by the TSC Alliance of the Upper Midwest.
