Executive Operations Coordinator
The TSC Alliance is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator responsible for a broad range of executive support, office coordination, meeting logistics, and administrative duties. This is a full-time position based in the TSC Alliance office in Silver Spring, Maryland with a hybrid work schedule (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in office, and the option of Thursday and Friday to work from home). Research Project Coordinator
The TSC Alliance is seeking a Research Project Coordinator to help drive the successful execution of the TSC Alliance’s scientific initiatives by ensuring projects are well coordinated, deliverables are tracked, decisions are documented, and collaborators remain aligned on priorities and timelines.This is a full-time position. The role may be hybrid for a local candidate, with three days per week in the Silver Spring office and two days working remotely, or fully remote for a candidate located outside the Washington, DC, area. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage a diverse workload with limited supervision, set priorities, identify risks or barriers, and follow projects through to completion.
