Open positions

Senior Community Programs Manager

The TSC Alliance is currently accepting applicants for a Senior Community Programs Manager through September 30, 2021, with a start date by late October 2021.  Please download the job description. The ideal candidate will demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills to help us continue to grow and evolve our support programs, as well as a compassion to work with not just the TSC community and volunteer leaders in their region, but also our TSC adult leaders and the TSC adult population at large.  This position requires a bachelor’s degree with four-plus years’ experience in volunteer management, including grassroots advocacy and special events.  Please send cover letter and resume to April Cooper at acooper@tscalliance.org.

Chief Financial Officer

Rich Gollub, the TSC Alliance’s current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be retiring in April 2022.  To maintain the integrity of our financial operations, the TSC Alliance is recruiting for a successor CFO and accepting applications through October 15, 2021.  The ideal start date is early January 2022, allowing for a smooth transition and training during the completion of our FY 2021 audit.  Please download the job description. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO will implement the TSC Alliance’s infrastructure/systems needed to support substantial growth over the next five years. The CFO will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems, including financial, accounting, legal, information technology, human resources and physical infrastructure. This position requires a bachelor’s degree (MA/MBA preferred), a CPA and 10-plus years’ experience progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in nonprofit management and fund accounting. Director, Leadership Giving

The TSC Alliance is currently accepting applications for Director, Leadership Giving until filled with a desired start date no later than January 1, 2022. This is a new position in our Donor Relations Department. Download the position description for more information. Reporting to the Vice President, Donor Relations, the Director, Leadership Giving will manage, nurture and enhance relationships with an individual portfolio of 75-100 prospects to improve probability of continued and increased support of the TSC Alliance. The positions requires a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing or other related field), five or more years of fundraising experience and a proven track record of success in soliciting and closing at least five- and six-figure gifts.
