The Future Leaders Accelerator and Mentorship Program develops the next generation of TSC Alliance volunteer leaders. Participants work closely with mentors, TSC Alliance staff, and peers to gain practical experience in leadership, advocacy, fundraising, and community engagement.
Pilot Program Locations:
- Carolinas Community Region – NC, SC
- Mid-Atlantic Community Region – DC, DE, MD, PA, VA
- Pacific Northwest Community Region – WA, OR, ID, MT, AK
- Pacific West Community Region – CA, NV, HI
- Texas Community Region – All of Texas
Looking ahead: The program will expand to all 14 TSC Alliance Community Regions in 2027, bringing this leadership experience to participants nationwide.
Who Can Join?
Open to young adults (ages 17–25) with TSC, siblings, or relatives who want to:
- Develop leadership skills
- Advocate for the TSC community
- Engage in meaningful community projects
