Jillian joined the TSC Alliance as the Executive Operations Coordinator in September 2026. She brings more than 10 years of experience in hospitality, operations, event coordination, and customer service, with a strong focus on creating organized, welcoming, and supportive experiences for others. Before joining the TSC Alliance, Jillian worked in convention services and operations with organizations including Hilton, InterContinental, and Peloton. She is excited to bring her organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others to an organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by TSC. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys motorcycle riding, running, recreational sports, and staying active, and she values the sense of community and connection that comes from being part of these activities.
