Rachel Wojnilower

Chief of Staff

Rachel joined the TSC Alliance in March 2022 as Executive Assistant and was promoted to Chief of Staff in April 2023.  She serves as a liaison between the President and CEO and other constituencies and is responsible for a broad range of tasks, as well as streamlining organizational processes and procedures. Rachel holds an MBA from George Washington University and a BA in Graphic Design from American University, and has worked in various nonprofit and marketing roles. She enjoys using both the analytical and creative sides of her brain to help organizations further their mission. Originally from Cincinnati, Rachel now lives in the DC area with her husband and two children, one of whom was diagnosed prenatally with TSC. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to further the mission of the TSC Alliance from within.
